Lynn-based bus company Norfolk Green says it is now even greener, and more energy efficient, after introducing biodiesel to its fleet.
The operator has converted all of its buses to a new mixture of biodiesel and ultra-low sulphur diesel, which managers claim will reduce the vehicles’ carbon footprint by almost a quarter.
Will Smith, the company’s commercial and marketing manager, said: “Green is in the name. We’re always looking to make changes for an environmental benefit.”
