Biodico, US Navy sign agreement to develop biofuels on defense lands

Biorefineries’ operator Biodico has signed an agreement with the US Navy to develop renewable fuel and energy technologies for use at US Naval and Department of Defense (DoD) facilities worldwide.

The two partners seek to employ renewable resources at DoD facilities to will optimize the operation of sustainable biorefineries producing renewable petroleum diesel equivalent liquid fuels, bio-based products and energy using renewable resources.

California energy commission will provide a part of the funding required for the execution of the laid objectives.
